Three Tailed Vintage Whip

A very special hand made three tailed whip .

Strictly Leather is disposing of a superb collection of old whips and tawse’s.

Three very heavy leather tails, round dense leather 5/16″ wide, by 14″ long.

Overall length of this whip is 23 inches.

Handle is round and leather covered (plaited)with an internal round metal bar as the handle stock ( 9 inches long).

This whip weights over half a pound and not to be taken lightly, almost silent in use but extremely painful.

The whip was intended to be used where a quiet whip was needed but it had to leave its mark and it does !!

Black leather handle with hanging loop.

The tails are a dark brown extra dense leather that has been oiled for many years.

This particular whip is part of serious collection.

The whip has been oiled over many years to give it extra suppleness and weight.
